
Born and raised in Greece, my professional path began in Theatre and naturally evolved into drama therapy. I worked as a drama therapist in a mental health rehabilitation home, supporting individuals through creative expression and movement. These experiences shaped my belief that healing occurs when the mind, body, and emotions are all given space to express and integrate.
During the economic crisis, I moved to the UK intending to continue my training, but instead found a more holistic and accessible path. I trained as a massage therapist, Reiki master, and meditation teacher, deepening my understanding of the body and energy as powerful channels for healing. Alongside this, I spent several years working in the property industry, a fast-paced corporate environment where I witnessed stress, burnout, and lifestyle-related health issues firsthand. This contrast strengthened my commitment to helping others reconnect with themselves and cultivate balance.
