Hello, my name is Jagjeevan. I am a student member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) - in my third year of training as a therapist and currently studying CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
I am passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care. I have always been drawn to creating and holding a space to help others and this is reflected in my voluntary service work. Through this service, I have supported people both in crisis and those who simply need a listening ear. My strong belief is that everyone deserves a safe, respectful space where they can be heard without judgment, and where they, as individuals, matter.
I am committed to creating a therapeutic connection that feels both supportive and grounded.
Therapy with me, will be a collaborative process where we gently explore what has been weighing on you and what feels difficult to hold alone. We will work together to explore what's bringing you here to therapy. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, low mood, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I’ll meet you where you are. And alongside you, I will aim to offer support, reflection, and practical insights in a way that creates a safe and respected space.
My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing upon various therapeutic frameworks and techniques to find one that suits you and your needs. I hope to offer you a space where healing feels possible and you feel genuinely understood.
