I am a BACP student member, currently completing the final months of my three-year rigorous training as an integrative counsellor. My personal and professional background has given me experience working with people from diverse cultural and professional environments, which informs my grounded, accepting and non-judgemental approach to therapy.
I am passionate about offering a safe and non-judgemental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences together. Sessions are centred around your unique individual needs. I am committed to building an empathic therapeutic relationship where you can feel heard, seen, and gently encouraged towards personal insight and self-reflection. Our work together is intended to be your dedicated safe space and time, where you can find your voice at your own pace.
My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural approaches. At the core of my work is facilitating relational depth, supporting self-awareness, and exploring existential themes that may be meaningful to you. I work in a reflective and compassionate way, adapting sessions to your individual needs.
