I’m a Level 4 (TC-L4) CPCAB accredited trainee counsellor currently in my second year at the University of Winchester. I create a safe, calm, and welcoming space where you can feel heard and understood. I’m warm, genuine, patient, and an active listener, and I work at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is pluralistic, which means I tailor our sessions to suit your needs. I draw on person-centred therapy to provide empathy and understanding, CBT to explore patterns of thoughts and behaviours, and psychodynamic approaches to gently consider how past experiences and relationships may be affecting you now. I also incorporate mindfulness-informed techniques where helpful to support self-awareness and emotional balance.
I have a special interest in ADHD and ADD, anxiety, depression, OCD, intrusive thoughts, stress, women’s issues, SEN parenting, and relationship difficulties. I aim to provide a confidential and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges, and work towards your goals.
If this feels like the right space for you, I would be glad to support you in your journey and welcome you to book a session.
