I am in the final year of a Level 6 Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Inter-Psyche Training Institute and hold BACP student membership. For the past 12 years, I have worked closely with families as a Nanny, supporting children from newborn through adolescence, and have also worked in social care as an Early Help Practitioner. I am a Level 3 Maternity Practitioner and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Wellbeing from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. This training enhanced my understanding of children and young people’s emotional and psychological worlds within family and social contexts, covering attachment, trauma, neurodevelopmental differences, and safeguarding. I have also volunteered with a range of family and child focused charities, hospitals, and mental health services, broadening my clinical insight and practical experience.
I aim to provide a safe, non judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. Therapy is collaborative, and we can gently explore what is arising for you at a pace that feels manageable. My integrative approach draws on psychodynamic, cognitive, person-centred, and existential perspectives, supporting self awareness and meaningful change. I work in a way that honours your
individuality and personal goals.
Person centred practice is at the heart of my work. I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and I walk alongside you with empathy, authenticity, and acceptance. I offer a calm, reflective space where you can turn your attention inwards, notice what is present, and explore your inner world with compassion. My aim is to create a containing space where understanding, growth, and a stronger
relationship with yourself can emerge.
