I am studying Existential Psychotherapy at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (London), supporting people who may be experiencing mental health distress. My professional experience spans 10+ years in the creative sector and tech industry between the US, UK and Europe. Alongside clinical training, I work as a transformational coach and mentor, helping those who are navigating personal development, career changes and life transitions. With a background in the arts & culture, I also practise as an artist and educator. My doctoral research explores the causes, use-cases, and potential impact of digital technologies as a substitute for mental health support. I am a trainee member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy).
Throughout our time together, we’ll create an affirmative space, navigating feelings associated with bouts of anxiety and sensitivity, isolation and loneliness, identity and belonging. Trust and alliance are key throughout the therapeutic process as we explore your lived experiences in relation to your environment.
Our sessions aren’t directive but rather supportive, identifying and nurturing your values along the way. With guidance, we orient the work that follows your gut and rhythms in weekly sessions.
Existential Psychotherapy integrates meaning-making when working through emotional and psychological distress. The modality explores tensions, uncertainties and contradictions we encounter regularly. In practice, I also follow a narrative approach that understands the significance of memory, curiosity and courage when sharing stories. I approach therapeutic work with compassion, relational awareness, and care for creativity.
