I am a Co-Founder and Practice Director of Mindful People, where I lead our commitment to making therapy accessible, ethical, and high-quality for everyone. I am an integratively trained therapist, couples counsellor, and a Doctoral candidate in Counselling Psychology. I am also a registered member of the BACP and BPS, committed to upholding the highest standards of clinical practice. Alongside my therapeutic work, I serve as a guest lecturer and public speaker at the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Conference, where I share insights on modern relationships, attachment, and emotional well-being. My aim is to support, inform, and empower both professionals and clients through thoughtful discussion.
My doctoral research on attachment and modern relationships informs both my individual and couples work, helping clients understand themselves and their relational patterns within today’s social and emotional contexts. As a founder, I am dedicated to creating a space that supports not only our clients but also the development of emerging therapists, mentoring and guiding them to grow into skilled, confident professionals.
At Mindful People, I combine my clinical expertise, research insights, and leadership experience to ensure our service embodies professionalism, compassion, and accessibility, reinforcing our commitment to making therapy beneficial for all.
In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where your well-being is genuinely valued. I tailor my work to your individual needs and personality, identifying the core focus of your therapeutic journey and selecting interventions that best support your growth.
I don’t aim to “fix” your problems for you. Instead, I walk alongside you, helping you uncover the missing pieces, find clarity, and reconnect with your own internal wisdom. Together, we explore your present experiences while also acknowledging the influence of past events and future hopes. You can expect a blend of reflective dialogue and thoughtfully chosen therapeutic techniques, all designed to help you navigate challenges and move toward a more grounded, empowered way of living.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Existential approaches, tailoring them to what feels most meaningful and effective for each client. This personalised approach aims to help clients feel truly understood and appreciated in their unique journey.
In my work with couples, I focus on helping partners understand both themselves and the relationship they are co-creating. The emphasis on self-awareness encourages clients to develop confidence and motivation to nurture their relationships, making the process more meaningful. I create a safe, honest, and open environment where each partner can explore their individuality while discovering how these individual experiences shape their shared dynamic. This welcoming space encourages clients to feel safe and comfortable sharing openly, fostering deeper understanding and connection.
My goal is to empower each person, individually and together to grow, strengthen their bond, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of meaning in their lives.
