I am a qualified Counsellor working integratively, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. My core training includes Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which I integrate with Jungian perspectives, attachment theory, and existential ideas. Over the years, I have supported clients from diverse cultural backgrounds with concerns such as grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress, identity challenges, and childhood trauma.
At the heart of my work is the belief that change is possible. Therapy can offer a deeper understanding of the parts of yourself that may feel confusing, hidden, or difficult to face, helping you develop greater clarity and wholeness.
I offer both short-term (minimum 12 sessions) and long-term therapy. Some clients come with a clear issue they want to address, while others simply know something feels wrong but are unsure why. In our first full session, we will explore your goals for therapy together. Whether you are seeking practical strategies, emotional support, or deeper personal exploration, we will identify what you hope to achieve and how best to approach the work.
Creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment is central to my practice. I follow professional ethical guidelines to safeguard your privacy and wellbeing. I see therapy as your space, somewhere you can bring your concerns openly and begin to make sense of your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I draw on several therapeutic models to adapt the work to your needs rather than fitting you into a single framework. Therapy is a partnership: you bring your experiences, and I bring professional knowledge, curiosity, and support. Together, we work towards greater understanding, resilience, and personal growth.
